The Cunningham claim is another option for men. It's a soft clamp called a that is placed over the penis. It gently keeps the urethra (the tube that carries urine out of the body) closed until it's released to allow the bladder to empty. It sounds uncomfortable, but many men adjust to it easily. It is reusable, so it can be more economical than other options.
