Advantages of Invisalign Braces
Invisalign braces are non-traditional braces that provide a solution to individuals who do not wish to be saddled with the stigma of having an awkward smile while wearing braces. The main difference between invisalign braces and traditional braces is that it is not obvious to others that you are wearing braces with the former, as they are usually made to resemble actual teeth. They are actually coverings over your teeth and are held together by strips of metal as well, but do not cause discomfort unlike that of normal braces. Because of the way they are made to look like real teeth, invisalign braces are not obvious to people around you.
While the obvious advantage of invisalign braces would be that they provide a boost to the self confidence of individuals who require braces, another benefit would be the reduced discomfort while wearing them. While the main aim of having braces would be to correct teeth alignment, not many would want to sacrifice hygiene, cleanliness and image over a prolonged period of time for that. With invisalign braces clearly providing the patient a way to avoid these problems while achieving the main objective of better aligned teeth, they are clearly a feasible and good alternative to traditional braces.

get a couple of 1x4 (wood), 1 inch thick by 4 inch wide. Have them cut to fit the length of your back. Then take an ace bandage and wrap it around from your breasts to your lower stomach. Don't know if it will work but what the heck.
