Folding Treadmill: Advantages and Disadvantages
Once a person makes up the mind to buy a treadmill, the choice comes between a folding and a non folding treadmill where both have their own advantages and disadvantages.
Fundamentally, people prefer to save space as much as possible while buying a home treadmill or any other home exercise equipment for that matter and a folding treadmill is a good choice because it can be easily folded and stored after each use. This really is a great advantage as against a stationary treadmill. But this plus point should not be achieved on compromising other features for instance, the stability of the treadmill.
There is a common myth that folding treadmills are less stable than non folding ones, which is not true. There is no big difference in the construction between the two models except for the design in the frame parts and the two are almost identical. There are constant improvements in the design of the folding treadmills to improve the durability and quality.
So, when buying a folding treadmill, there are certain features that have to be considered. The first and foremost is the stability and this can be tested by trying to walk and jog on the treadmill and trying to find how it absorbs the impact. Folding treadmills have another advantage over the others- they make cleaning much easier as they can be just folded up and the floor area can be vacuumed or cleaned easily.

If it weighs more than two hundred pounds, say, then it may be required to tilt it on two wheels in order to move it. If the intention of the user of the folding treadmill is to use it on a regular basis, then it is worth to spend a few more dollars on it and pay around thousand five hundred dollars that can be used for both jogging and running.
Folding treadmills give the convenience of workouts right from the comfort of the home without having to allot large space and compromise on other comforts.

Haha classic! I actually own ugg boots (bring on the TD!) I love them, I cannot say I walk with my arms folded though when I wear them. Maybe I do I have never noticed?! lol, maybe it was me you seen! haha nah I have not wore them since about February when it was cold. They are great for the snow! lol....
