I noticed that 2 of my Panda Corydoras have begun the "dance"...I think that they are getting ready to mate, so I have separated them into another tank with 2 month old Jellybean fry..The larger of the two I'm assuming is the female, and the male is smaller and more thin than the larger one...my question is how long will it take for them to lay eggs if they are ready to mate? All water conditions and temprature is great and they are very healthy lil' guys.
assuming that they are at least 2 years old it could take a few days or a week. if you raise the temp to 80 or 82 it could help make mating happen sooner.
