Printing companies are well organized and systematized in order to make the whole process of ordering and printing smooth and unperturbed. Large format printing companies like online, commercial printing companies, equip themselves with the necessary personnel and printing experts to attend to your needs.
It is only sensible and practical that different printing personnel performs specific tasks. They concentrate on a particular level or need of your printing project to make everything run perfectly. And so there are different people who answer to the different needs of your large format printing projects.
Communicating with the right printing staff is necessary for you to be able to meet your goals. However, just how familiar are you with them? How do you exactly communicate what you need and who exactly should you go about them?

1. Customer / Sales Representatives
• In some companies, customer representatives and sales representatives may cover different job responsibilities under different companies. However, we can lump them here for categorical purposes.
• Customer / sales Representatives or CSR are the ones responsible for taking your orders, processing them and updating your with the status of your project. They are the ones mailing your letters on the status of your project, calling you and even leaving voicemails for the updates of your print project.

• The pre-press team involves printing experts that reviews your files if and when you have met the necessary requirements. They evaluate your file to see if these are or can be printed in optimum conditions.
• The pre-press team sends out PDF proofs of your files. They may leave notes to give you any details or suggestion to make your prints better. Other than these, they can communicate with you to sort out the problems of your files, specifying what details would adversely compromise the print outcome.
• Any questions too on graphics, colors, resolution and achieving better definition can be answered by the pre-press team with regards to your own files of course.
3. Technical Service Representatives
• If you think you are having problems uploading your files, since large format printing files can truly eat up a lot of MBs, you can contact a technical service representative. You can work out problems about this, if you have been uploading too long and the likes.
Make inquiries and talk to the right personnel to get what you need. Make printing faster and easier and communicate the details you need for your large format printing project.
