anyone taking lyrica know how I can lose the weight?
I have been taking lyrica for over a year and have gained 15 lbs, I am diabetic and the lyrica makes me want to eat everythiing in the house. I am 5' 11" and 165 so Im not real overweight but dont want these xtra pounds in the middle and due to nueropothy have a hard time walking very much. please help if you have any suggestions.
If you can't walk due to the foot pain, go to a gym and ride a recumbent bike. It sort of lays back and you don't have to put a lot of pressure on your feet. Also, if you snack, snack healthy, raw veggies, some fruits and low carb stuff. There is a lot on the market for diabetics that can help. Drink lots of water. Keeps you filled up. I take Lyrica for my feet but never had the appetite problem. Good luck.
